    Default Are the sentences understandable?

    Hello everyone

    I'd like to ask if the following sentnces sound understandable for English speakers:

    1. While dealing with work assignments one has to be flexible, sometimes one has to give way; in the end, the most important thing is the top manager getting what he/she wants without any delay.

    This sentence describes interaction between an employee who performs work assignments and the top manager.

    2. Before negotiations/meeting every buyer should prepare several models of behavior during the meeting; if one model does not work well, he/she tries another one etc; often, it is necessary to find a non-standard way to achieve the desired result;

    I'm sorry, obviously, something went wrong while I was copying the sentences from my MS Word file.
