    Pantry Items

    Proofread, please.

w.r.t. the above subject, we are running out of stock of some of the pantry items, which need to buy on priority basis. Some of the pantry items got damaged & some looks very awful. As you are aware that there will be an upward flow of visitors (VIPs / Guests) to our office and it would be dreadful to serve in old ones.

Hence we are planning to buy some of the pantry items, the list is as below.

    Tea Cups & Saucer xxxx

    Water Glasses xxxx
    Plates xxxx
    Bowls xxxx
    Spoons xxxx
    Forks xxxx
    Placed for your approval, please.

    RE: the above subject

We are running out of pantry item stock, which we need to buy on priority basis. Some pantry items are damaged and the appearance of other items is awful. As you are aware, there will be an upward flow of visitors, VIPs and Guests to our office. It would be dreadful to serve them using old stock.

Hence, with your approval, we are planning to purchase the following items:
    Tea Cups & Saucer xxxx
    Water Glasses xxxx
    Plates xxxx
    Bowls xxxx
    Spoons xxxx
    Forks xxxx

    We await your approval, please.
