Smile a bear alive or living bear?

I have a question, which one is correct :
Have you ever seen a living bear or a bear alive?

    Thank you!

    Both are correct.

"Have you ever seen a living bear?" asks if one has seen a bear which is living.

"Have you ever seen a bear alive?" asks the same thing -- with, possibly, a slight indication that one has definitely seen a bear which was not alive.

    Hope this helps.
