    angry

    (1) He is liable to get angry.
    (2) He is easy to get angry.

    Is (1) correct?
    Why can't we use (2)?

    Which is more common:
    1. He gets angry easily.(He easily gets angry.)
    2. He is easily angered.

    1 is correct.
2 doesn't work because 'easy'implies an outside agent- 'he is easy to make angry'works for this reason. Of your alternatives, the first is more common, the second more formal.
