    1. [I'm] sorry to keep you wait so long.

    2. Sorry to have you wait so long.

    3. Sorry to let you wait so long.

    Which one is more appropriate? Any better suggestion?

    I would say: 'Sorry for keeping you waiting for so long"

    Nefertiti, another way: "I am sorry to have kept you waiting so long".

    Of your three sentences, b and c could be used, but not a. They are both a bit abrupt.
