Hello! This is the first time I visit this site and I think this will be of great help for me. I am very interested in knowing how to teach phonetics. For example how to introduce a topic without saying e.g. "Today we are going to see KEY and Termination". And what type of activities are advisable?

You can make it into a very hard sell (as a not-very-good trainee teacher did to me in 1965), or you can make it fun. But either way, it's worth it. I remember saying, when I was at school, 'What possible use is this?' but today I can't imagine learning a language without the IPA.
On my CELTA course we did a brilliant game based on Battleships (to learn phonemic script). I've been looking for it to copy ever since - it would take quite a bit of effort to replicate it (though I mean to, when I get 'a round tuit' ).

English phonetics can be tricky. Unlike a lot of other languages, English has a number of situations where letters & groups of letters can have the same pronunciation made of them.
One classic example is: GHOTI.
At first glance, it looks like it should be pronounced as: GOATIE, but it could be pronounced: FISH, as per:-
GH as in: Rough
O as in: Women
TI as in: Motion.
