what does "pretty much counts all of us out" mean?

    Hi,

If I describe an inmate, I say " he has got pretty much counts all of us out."

Does mean " he has committed a lot crimes which we didn't commit "?

Thanks for you help and nice day.

Sorry - your question does not make sense.

If I describe an inmate, I say " he has got pretty much counts all of us out".

    An inmate of what?
