    All sentences have same meaning?

Girls who are wishing to meet the principal must wait for some time.

Girls wishing to meet the principal must wait for some time.

Girls who wish to meet the principal must wait for some time.

Girls who want to meet the principal must wait for some time.

Are all the above sentences have the same meaning?

All three have the same meaning but the first one does not sound fine to me because state verbs are not normally used in progressive tenses.
