    company seal or chop ?

    Would you please sign back the attached letter with your company seal / chop and authorizes signature for us return / forward it to the customer to procure the duty reclaims in UK

    In the UK we do not have such "seals/chops". Is this message going to someone in the UK or in Korea, or where?

    In that case, you will be better to say: Please countersign the attached letter

    For this purpose, at the end of the letter, after the concluding signature of the sender, you would add the name of the person who is to authorise the letter, his/her position in the company, and a line for the date:

    "
    -----------------------
    John Smith
    Managing Director
    XXXX Company

    -----------
    Date"
