The logic of the following passage in bold is confusing. Could you please paraphrase it in easy English?
Tests on counterfeit cigarettes found that they had on average five times as much cadmium as genuine cigarettes...... and then there's the elevated level of arsenic, which could cause cancer. You don't need to be told that smoking can kill you: but if you just bought 200 cigs, no questions asked, from a man in a bar, it probably just got a lot more dangerous.
