    hello, i wanted to ask something in grammar
    do i say it led many marketers to stop working or it has led?

    The choice depends on the context, Rana Khalaf. One important use of the present perfect [has led] is to make finished actions seem more important. By using the present perfect, it makes the "old" action current, the intent of which is to make the topic more timely, more attention grabbing.
