You did not receive the invoices previous to what? Does that mean you have them now?

    Say:
Mr. Ho will contact your accountant....

The phrase "the goods of HK2345" does not look right to me. Can you tell me more about those items?

    Hi RonBee,

    3. You did not receive the invoices previous to what?
we did not receive the invoices previous, therefore, we are unable
    settle them payment.

Does that mean you have them now? Yes, just received it

Say: Mr. Ho will contact your accountant....

    4. The phrase "the goods of HK2345" does not look right to me. Can you tell me more about those items? Is this better to say : the item of HK2345 ? Please comment.

Please review them again when you have time. Thank you very much for your help!

    Regards
    Zoe

    I'd like to try also.

    1. Wendy has requested a letter of recommendation before she leaves, which I have prepared. Please review it, and let me know if anything needs to be revised.

    2. Please note that, the on-line inspection tomorrow will go as scheduled.

    3. Having checked our records, we have found that we did not receive your company's invoices. They have yet to be settled. Mr. Ho, our finance manager, will be in contact with your accountant Ms. Sze to settle the matter. Please contact us if need be.

    4. We need to know if the HK2345 goods need checkpoint labels or not. Please contact Annie about this. Thank you.

    Zoe2008, try:
We didn't receive the invoices until recently, so we were unable to pay them.
Use the word "previous" when you are talking about something that has happened before a specific date. Example:
Previous to June 1, we didn't know that.
    Possibly:
The online inspection scheduled for tomorrow will proceed as planned.
I still don't know what the HK2345 goods are, but maybe that is not important.
