    Some Pharasal verb meaning....help

    Hi teachers
it's been a while that i read yahoo astrology every day just to imprive
my English vocabulary, here is a sample astrology that i have got from yahoo website but i have trouble understanding some sentences:

Take a break from pushing yourself today -- let the dust settle on recent dramas. You are genuinely -- and legitimately -- proud of some recent accomplishment and you should certainly take all the praise coming your way. Make sure that nobody close is feeling envious, though!

So what do these pharases mean?
    1)Take a break -- i think it means to be relax !!!
    2)push someone
    3)comming your way

    Thanks in advance
    Regards.

    1) Take a break means to stop what you are doing; relax.
    2) pushing yourself means that you are working yourself too hard.
    3) praise coming your way means praise that you deserve

    What sign are you?
