    Exclamation Regarding Usage: Need Help.

Hi I am Ramu. I work as a Technical Support Engineer in an UK based company. I need to interact with my customers everyday via emails.

When I need my customer to check a few items on his computer network for me, I use the term "Please could you.... "

Whats is the difference in "Please could you..... " and "Could you please ....." ??

    Cheers
    Ramu

In writing, there isn't much of a difference, because intonation is lacking; however, given the word order, some people might interpret Please could you as more urgent than Could you please because the request word please is given first.
