    7-step programme=?

My Chinese isn't at a conversational level; moreover, I had QQ installed on my computer a few months ago, but had to uninstall it because it was taking over my life.

I am now in the QQ 7-step programme.
Hi! What does " 7-step programme" refer to? Thanks!

Tip: QQ is a chatting software, which is similar to Yahoo messager and popular in China.

"7step programs" are to help substance abusers stop using.

It's not one I've met. Judging from your initial post (about QQ taking over your life), I imagine its usage with reference to QQ is a direct reference to the process of managing/breaking an addiction.

Bobk, thank you! I think soup - a forumite can give me the key. I posed this question because I read he said that in his response to another thread. The URL link is as below. I wouldn't like to chime in and be off beam usually so I started a new thread.
