    Do I need 's after the name of a country?

    Hello everyone

    I'd like to ask if 's is necessary after the name of a country, or both versions (with 's or without 's) are acceptable:

    Kazakhstan('s) cotton and textile industry is under restructuring.

    Kazakshstan's cotton....correct.
    Cotton and textile industry of /in Kazakhstan is under restructuring.OK.
