    Is this usuage correct?

    hiiii,

when I asked my friend to visit home, she said 'I will make a flying visit'.what does that actually mean?does that mean she will make an immediate visit without any announcement.

ritenow the UAE time is 12.00 PM and the Indian time is 1.30 PM.there is 1.5 hrs difference.if someone wants to know the time difference, should the question be like 'what is the time difference between UAE and India?'is that sentence correct?

whether the answer like ' Indian time is 1.5 hrs ahead of UAE time' correct? Is it time or timing?

when the answer to what is the time is 'Quarter to 9'.does that mean 9.15 or 8.45?if this usuage is correct and if it is 9.15.what is the usuage for 8.45?

    somebody please correct these sentences

    What time is it?
    The time now is...
Do you have time to do something for me?
    "Time" as a noun

"You were very fast! I was timing you!" The verb "to time"

    Examples by no means exhaustive.
