    Talking can we write formal and informal letter something like that

    <P>We are sorry to inform you that a pair of brown trousers, we are unable to find in the wardrobe while you stayed at hotel room. We also looked and cheek room service team. We will inform you if we find it.</P>

    <P>we look forward to waiting your reservation again.</P>
