Post informing the staff through email

Plz check if the following email is error free. Thank you very much.

    Hi All,

The access codes for our conference room is not working. If anybody needs to enter in the conference room, please take the key which is located in the brown box at the main desk to unlock the door. I will try to get it fixed by next week.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

'I will try to fix this..' is OK and very informal, which may be the style of email you wish.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.
