Not really an English language problem, and in a different environment. However, some ideas:
* More effective promotion of your products - tastings, offer of sample selections, involve the local press and persuade them to report on your producers and their excellent produce, the same with local television.
* Ensure the products are of the best quality and competitively priced.
*Set up "farmers' markets" to which local producers can bring their products that they can then sell direct to the customer.
* Look into cooperative funding and training to help the producer become more effective at growing intensively.
