    pls help, how I can explain the students the meaning of "you could have fed the cat". i'm lost. i need 2-3 ccqs.

    could have
    used to express a possibility in the past
    Example: We could have gone, but we didn't.

    I need to create a context from which to elicit the model sentence; check student's understanding of the meaning of the underlined phrase using concept questions. i need 2-3 concept questions
