    alcohol creep=?

Are you bothered by alcohol creep? I'm talking here about the steady rise in alcohol levels, not that annoying jerk in the bar.
Hi! What does "alcohol creep" refer to? Thanks.

    The meaning is provided:
Are you bothered by alcohol creep? I'm talking here about the steady rise in alcohol levels, not that annoying jerk in the bar.
    Creep is ambiguous:

Verb, to rise or grow slowly and steadily, as in a vine.
    Noun, an annoying person

The sentence says it's not another jerk (annoying person, similiar to the other meaning of a creep) so it should be the steady(and furtive) rise in alcohol especially without you knowing the limit before you get drunk.
