    (camplain) please correct

    i want to register complain for Telephone Software please check and correct it.

    1. there is no indication for call return.
    2. some time there is no indication for call arrived.
    3. Import and Export is must important option. suppose if any reason the software will corrupted than we use Import option to quickly upload the setting.
    4. i thing this is not user-free software.

    A few suggestions.
    Capitals at the start.
    Sometimes.
    Suppose if :No two conditionals.If would suffice.
    ,,,to upload the settings quickly.
    Is it a free software?
    ...user-friendly.

    I have some other correction it is.

    1.Mostly the incoming call stop(stay) in INCOMING CALL QUEUE option. The same
    problem in ACTIVE CALLS option.
    2.There is no finding option in CONTACTS DIRECTORY.
    3. Keypad is not working in ACTIVE CALL option.
    4. If I chouse USER VIEW option then Extension number are hide.
    5. It is not keyboard-friendly software.

    I want to another help for you. It is.
    I want to send this software report to my director thought email and asking permission. If there is no error in this report than I send it to “customer service department” to solve this problem.

    I have no idea to written letter to director. Anyone help me in this matter.

    You can send an e-mail to your director. Since this will be a formal letter you must follow some basic rules. Here is the guidelines:
    Start with a salutation
    Your email should open by addressing the person you’re writing to. Since he is your superior you must use any of the following as applicable.
    Dear Mr Jones, or Dear Professor Smith,
    2. Write in short paragraphs
    Get straight to the point – don’t waste time waffling. Split your email into two to four short paragraphs, each one dealing with a single idea
    3. Stick to one topic
    It’s hard for people to keep track of different email threads and conversations if topics are jumbled up. Here you write a few lines, what is the problem and with whom you will file the complaint.
    4. Use capitals appropriately

    Emails should follow the same rules of punctuation as other writing. Capitals are often misused. In particular, you should:
    • Never write a whole sentence (or worse, a whole email) in capitals
    This makes your email easier to read: try retyping one of the emails you’ve received in ALL CAPS or all lower case, and see how much harder it is to follow!
    5. Sign off the email

    Since you’re writing a more formal email, it’s essential to close it appropriately.
    • Use Yours sincerely, (when you know the name of your addressee) and Yours faithfully, (when you’ve addressed it to “Dear Sir/Madam”) for very formal emails such as job applications.
    • Use Best regards, or Kind regards, in most other situations.
    It makes it easy for your correspondents to find your contact details: they don’t need to root through for the first message you sent them, but can just look in the footer of any of your emails.

    As you already know that the “GENERAL TRADERS” costumer service department person installs PC-CONSOLE software in my computer and they request me to give report of this software. I find may error in this software below I mention most important error.

    General Traders,

    It is so good that your organization day by day update your product. PC-CONSOLE is your last update. Now a day’s mostly companies need that kind of software.
    You request me for the report of hiss software. Unfortunately I would say there is many errors in this software. Below I mention most important problems.

    1. there is no indication for call return.
    2. some time there is no indication for call arrival .
    3. import and export is the most important option. suppose if for any reason the software gets (will) corrupted then we use the import option to quickly upload the setting.
    4. i think this is not an user-friendly software.
    5. mostly the incoming call stops (stay) in the incoming call queue option. the same problem also occurs in the active calls option.
    6.there is no other option in the contacts directory to either find any contact number.
    7. keypad is not working in active call option.
    8. if i choose user view option then the extension number disappears (are hide).
    9. it is not a keyboard-friendly software.

    One thing more I would say. I see one software on web. Software Name. “ASPIRE PC ATTENDED CONSOLE” demo “web link http://www.usingenglish.com and I also send “ASPIRE PC ATTENDED CONSOLE” programming PDF file. I think it is a original software.
