    For me is very complex to understand this differences...
    Only because the "all" is in the phrase everything could have one another meaning...
    But, thank you so much for all you.

    I hope to learn more phrasal verbs: they are very interesting, but very hard…

    I feel it is one's perception of things, situations, feelings, which may have been beyond your reach for whatever reasons at some point. But the things are different now it's within your reach. That's why we use the pharse " come down to".
