    We did not accuse / blame this is who's fault, just try to help to resolve it. Actually, we had discussed this with (your colleague) Sam last week and also tries to request our customer to accept the white boxes instead of gift boxes, but failed. Please double check with your stock to see there are many boxes your may provide? We will try to ask our customer once to see whether they can accept your solutions.

    We are not trying to blame anyone, merely trying to help to resolve the problem.

    Our intention is to resolve the problem, not to place blame. We will pass on your proposed solution to the customer, but in the meantime, could you please double-check your stock to see whether there are any other boxes that we can offer, as the customer has turned down white boxes in lieu of gift boxes.
