    arrive at or arrive on

    Hi I have a question, can I say I arrive at canada or I arrive in canada,which is correct?

    One arrives in Canada at Toronto Airport. For example.

    To arrive in (big places, like cities, countries)
    To arrive at (small places, like airports, hotels)

    Here is a simple rule~

    Use "at" for a place~
    Use "in" for country n city~

    : )
