    Please correct my grammar

We did not doubt you did not sent the email (We trust you had sent) to Amy requested us apply this new symbol in Feb 2008. However, she left our company in Jan 2008 as we already advised you in the previously email dated March 18. Therefore, we are unable to receive her email (in her mail box) which unknown your requirement.

We are apologizing for this happen which is out of our expected. Could you please accept this new symbol apply in the next order as this is need to take much time, and expensive (cost)for this rework; we also concern the gift box will not complete after this complicate process. The goods were ready to ship and catch the vessel xxxx ETD xxx and ETA XXX. We appreciate you will consider to our suggestion and looking forward for you’re promptly reply.

    Re: Please correct my grammar

We did not suspect you had not sent the email to Amy requesting us to apply this new symbol in Feb 2008. However, she had left our company in Jan 2008 as we already informed you in the previous email dated March 18.???? Therefore, we had been unable to receive the email, which had left us unaware of your request???.

We are apologizing for letting this happen. It was beyond our expectation. Could you please accept this new symbol to apply in the next order as it takes a lot of time and money to rework; we also have a concern that the gift box will not be completed after this complicated process. The goods are?? ready to be shipped and catch the vessel xxxx ETD xxx and ETA XXX. We would appreciate if you could consider our suggestion. We are looking forward to your prompt reply.

I've tried this one....but....please ignore it.
(I'm not really sure about the tense...)

We do not doubt that you sent an email to Amy requesting us to apply the new symbol in Feb. 2008. However, since she left the company in Jan 2008, as we had already informed you, your email was not received and therefore we did not know of your request.

We apologize for this unexpected error. Would you accept the new symbol from the next order onwards as it will take time to implement, and if we have to rework the existing order, it will be expensive. We are also concerned that the gift boxes will not be complete owing to the complications in the process. The goods are ready to ship and should be on the vessel xxxx, ETD xxx and ETA xxx. Please consider this suggestion. We look forward to your prompt reply.
