Was the bathroom being cleaned by me? This is correct, but it's a strange question. Why would you need to ask if it was you who cleaned the bathroom?
Does the movie bore Jack? This is correct.

    Thank You BHAISAHAB,

The thing I want to clarify is that in interrogative sentence putting article before main verb(receiver) is correct or incorrect.

I would be glad if i get the clarification.

Why 'being' when you can just say:

The bathroom was cleaned by me?

before main verb(receiver)? Have you put 'the' before the main verb?

We usually use an article (either a, an or the) before a noun in a sentence whether positive, negative or interrogative. When the noun used is a part of the general knowledge or an institution e.g. the identity of the noun being talked about is known to the user, the definite article ‘the’ is used. Such as: the Government, the Police, the school etc. Of course there are exceptions when ‘the’ may or may not be used. In this particular case, the bath room you had cleaned is known to you. So you must use ‘the’ before it.
