Default Help Needed by a qualified TEACHER...URGENT!!!!!!

Can someone tell me if I can use the word TIME instead of AS in the below attached sentence. The reply is strictly reserved to a teacher with deep knowledge of the English Language.

    Thanks and Best Regards,

    Dear Sirs,

With reference to your letter as we cannot get requested information on Antonio confirmed by a bank document, may we ask the Bank to give an immediate reply through their legal department over this matter. I believe it is our right to have a reply directly from the Bank, TIME Antonio has breached the court order, if no reply then can we ask a Court order over this disclosure.

I think this is your second post with this question. Just try a plain dictionary translation approach. The word time does not make any sense at all.

On a personal note - you may want to add the word please to your posting. I find this a bit xyz - The reply is strictly reserved to a teacher with deep knowledge of the English Language.
