    Please correct my complaint letter

    What is the status for Ms. Smithís cargoes? We believe those cargoes are still sitting in HK and did not ship, except you can show us the bill of lading. As per you advised the cargoes were arrived UK in June 16, but you are unable receive the updated information from your agency, please pass their detail to me for follow up, if you are incapable get them from your agency.

    Please note that those cargoes are urgent and important, donít be bullshit for any excuses, we will not accept any explained before we receive our cargo / information. Please send back all our cargoes before July 24, however, we will take the legal action to get them back and charge all the cost to your company.

As informed by you, the cargoes arrived UK on June 16 but there after you are unable receive the updated information from your agency. This shows your incapability to get timely report from your agency. Will you please pass on their detail to me for a quick follow up from our end?
    Please note that those cargoes are very urgent and important for us. So don’t try to hoodwink or give lame excuses. We are not prepared to accept any explanation before receiving our cargo / information. Alternately, You may send back all our cargoes before July 24 failing which we will be at liberty to take legal action to get them back at the risk and cost of your company.

    The phrase "still sitting in Hong Kong" is correct.

    As for "except you can show us the bill of lading," that is a mystery to me.

    Except you can show us the bill of lading - because the forwarder unable provide any proof (bill of lading) to us, therefore, I request them to show us the bill of lading. Otherwise, we not not believe those cargoes shipped.

    Then:
    Unless you can show us the bill of lading we will not have any proof that the cargo was shipped, and we will assume that it wasn't shipped.
