    Default Please Correct

Hi everyone, this is my first post. I've received a job offer and have some doubts I want to discuss. I would like to get my essay corrected in order to send to the employer. I appreciate your help teacher!!!!!!!

Brazil, São Paulo, July 17th, 2008.
    Dear Mr. xxxxxxxxx,
I would like to stand out some points that have not been covered in the last interview with xxxxxxx.
    1. According to the Staff Handbook, xxxxxxx’s core office hours are 8:00 am to 18:00 pm Sunday to Thursday
. Should I consider Fridays and Saturdays as a days off?
. Once I will be based on site, will the timetable be the same?
. Is there a possibility to work at nights? If so, do I get paid for overtime?
. Concerning Visa Process – Which are the steps to get it? Can I handle it from Brasil or do I have to go to Canada? If we start the employment process now, how long does the whole process take?
    Best regards,

    OK?

    Hi flaviozwarg,

I am not a teacher. Here's my two cents.

    1. The sender's address should be the top right-hand of the corner, and write the date with the blank below the sender's address.

Please note that you should start with your house No., then your street name, state and finally your country. ( The whole name of country is usually capitalized)

    eg.

    No.2 Apartment
    1000 Broadway
    São Paulo (Post Code)
    BRAZIL

    2. Please don't forget to write the addressee's address and his name.

Here's a layout for your reference.

    3. Please leave a blank behind the salutation.

    Dear Mr. xxxxxxxxx,

I would like to make clear the points that have not been covered in the last interview with xxxxxxx.

    1. According to the Staff Handbook, xxxxxxx’s core office hours are from 8:00 am to 18:00 pm Sunday to Thursday

. Can I consider Friday and Saturday as duty off?
. If I take on the job, will the working hours be the same?
. Is there any possibility to work at night? If so, will I be paid for working overtime?
. ? ??? ( I don't really understand your words about this. You will have to get your visa in your home country)

    Best regards,
