    Are they all correct?

    From the view of internal structure, I would say it is perfect.

    or:

    From the internal structure point of view, I would say it is perfect.

    Are they all correct? If yes, which one is more popular?

    both should be right.. maybe the first one have a more popular use. it's just my opinion...
