    left out and leave

    how to use left and leave??
    ex. for this conversation

    A: hi i just reached home.
    B: are u happy now?
    A: yeah I'm happy with my friends here.
    B: I'm happy for u, but u shouldn't left your mother there alone.

    should i use leave or leaving, or left ??

    You should not leave your mother there alone.

    Leave because of it is necessary to use an infinitive after a modal.

    Leave - simple present
    Left - simple past
    Left - participle past
    Leaving - participle present

    I leave my mother now
    I left my mother yesterday.
    I had left my mother - a moment in the past.


    Not a teacher at all
