It's an Albanian proverb, but I don't know the meaning. Try http://forum.lingvo.ru/actualthread.aspx?tid=100989.

    Albanian proverbs

"Who stays under the tree, eats its fruits."

I suppose it means that if you stick at doing something, you achieve something or benefit in the end.

"Staying under a tree" means depending on a particular job. Hindu theory
of Karma states that a person who has chose a particular job has to
face the pros and cons (fruits) of that job.

Similar meaning is given by the phrase "as you sow so shall you reap".

I think it means if you want to copy with /manage something you must deal with it and not only dream about it.
