    Default in/at the centre

Do we say that the point is in the centre or at the centre? Eg. "The bull's eye is/at the centre.

    Many thanks.

More generally, "at the centre" means right/exactly at the centre (as in a bull's eye).
"In the centre" could mean close to the centre, somewhere in the centre"
For example, two basketball players can be in the centre of court, but "at the centre" is a 2 foot circle.
