    future perfect progressive passive.

Can't we change this active sentence, "By next month, Paul will have been studying English for 5 years." into a passive sentence, "By next month, English will have been being studied by Paul for 5 years."?

    Thanks!

You can change it, but it's not common. I've never used it, personally.

It's very awkward; we tend to try to avoid passives involving 'been being' or 'be being'. In your example, I also see no need for using the passive there- the focus seems naturally to be on Paul.

    Re: future perfect progressive passive.

Sometimes we use passives unnecessarily where actives are OK. We need to learn when to use passive voice.
