    Question Capital versus small letters

    Wht is the proper term to use when referencing Capital letters versus ?? small letters. Lower-case?

    Capitals in printing terms are Upper Case
    Non-capitals are Lower Case.

    Capitals and lower case letters is the usual way to say this.

    Sometimes, you see a note when you fill a form telling you to write in block letters. That also means capital letters.
    Big and small letters may mean the size and not the type of letters.
