Smile little pork chop = baby?

    Episode:

Homer, the father, affectionately said to his little baby, "Good night, liltte pork chop".

    Question:

Little pork chop = baby? Is 'little pork chop' slang?

    *******

    Thanks in advance!

    PS:

I've looked up Urban Dictionary for it, but the explanations are irrelevant.
