    Meeting Invite

    How do you invite a group of people to a meeting? in a very polite and diplomatic way? to discuss a very sensitive issue about the company?

    One way of doing it:

    A meeting is to be held on Monday xxxx at xxxx o'clock to which you are invited. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss [matter for discussion]. We hope that as many people as possible will attend this meeting.
