Question "It's two years that we haven't met" ???

    Hi!

I would like to ask you how to say properly that, for instance, "two years have gone by since someone and I met last time".

Do I have to use the present perfect?

"It's two years that we haven't met" ?

    Thank you!

Thank you, but that was the one I knew.

Isn't there any other way to say the same?

    Thanks again!

A: Can it really be two years since we saw each other? How time flies!
    B: You're still looking great!
A: And you still owe me $20!
