    - [Come along, Hurry up], children! Get/Put your coats on, or you'll be late for school.

    Is the third comma (,) necessary?

    Children! Get/Put your coats on or you'll be late for school. (OK)
    2. Come along, hurry up children! Get/Put your coats on or you'll be late for school. (OK)
