    Smile fofofocal (American slang?)

I don't have to sleep with him, just stay with him for fofofocal reasons
An American said it in Soap TV series.

Do most native speakers use the word? Or just most Americans use the word?

    Thanks!

It looks as if the character is stuttering over the word "focal".

It's hard to tell without hearing the voice. Does the character normally stutter? They might be using sarcasm, or they might be really excited and faking the stutter to create emphasis.

I like to play video games. When I get a headshot, and the person I scored against is in the room, I yell "DDDDome check!" Dome being the head, and check referring to something like a hockey tackle (which is called a check).

In my view, getting fluency in american slang is little bit difficult.By practising,we may influence our fluency. Some words are prounced differently in american slang.
