    Save Up The Money

    Dear friends and Teachers,

    A. You should take everyone's advice, get a job, save up the money. And buy that convertible yourself.

    - Why don't we say "save the money" instead of "save up the money"?

    Thanks a million!

    NamSteven

You can say "save the money". It's just a style issue.
