Default american installers/it's industry-leading customer service

Steve's passion for Paxton Access Inc. and his confidence in Net2 is
evident, he enthuses. "Paxton Access Inc. is an organization with
exciting and innovative products not found in the States. I wanted to be an
integral part of introducing American installers to a higher standard
    in access control
. In a short time Paxton Access will be a market
leader in Mid-America." Such enthusiasm should help Steve to replicate
another component key to Paxton Access' European success - its
    industry-leading customer service.

Could anyone explain the emboldened parts?

(he thinks that American installers need to be trained to a higher standard, i.e. higher level when performing this access control work) In a short time Paxton Access will be a market

    Thank you friend.

But what does "American installers" mean here?

Also please tell me what you mean "duplicate" in your explanation.

I don't know what these companies are "installing" Computers? phones? systems? (I thought you knew)

Steve can replicate (copy exactly) their customer service in his US business. Good customer service seems to be the reason this company is so successful. I said that he could duplicate (copy again) this customer service.

They sell systems that control access to buildings, so I assume that the American installers will be the companies fitting the systems.
