    industry-leading customer service. (the thought here is that this European company is successful because it has a leading reputation for good customer service. Steve wants to bring that "key " component (of success) to the States and duplicate it in his company."

    I don't know what these companies are "installing" Computers? phones? systems? (I thought you knew)

    Steve can replicate (copy exactly) their customer service in his US business. Good customer service seems to be the reason this company is so successful. I said that he could duplicate (copy again) this customer service.

    They sell systems that control access to buildings, so I assume that the American installers will be the companies fitting the systems.
