Hi, Teachers.

Can I say 'an approach to do sth' or 'an approach to doing sth'?

For example, we will be exploring different approaches to gathering (or gather?) information.

Thank you in advance.

In this context, "approach to doing something"

Thank you very much, Anglika. :-D

When should I use "approach to do sth"?
I can't think of any places where you'd say that in preference to "approach to doing something"
