Question helping to use OR helping for using...?

In the following sentence I am not sure how to use some grammars and verbs.

I managed the project helping managers and staff to jump to use the new system introduced.

    OR

I managed the project helping managers and staff to jump for using the new system introduced.

    ????

"...helping managers and staff to jump to use..."

I don't really understand what you are trying to say in the above.

Unhappy Re: helping to use OR helping for using...?

    Sorry, sorry, my mistake!!!

I managed the project helping managers and staff to use the new system introduced.

    OR

I managed the project helping managers and staff for using the new system introduced.

I deleted "to jump", because I wanted to say "to jump into the new system" initially but then I changed mind with "to use" and I forgot to delete "to jump".

    My apologies.

Re: helping to use OR helping for using...?

In that case this is correct: I managed the project helping managers and staff to use the new system introduced.

Perhaps say "I managed the introduction of [whatever it was] to managers and staff members"
