You are inviting me to talk about a theme that I am able to talk for hours. I conducted many courses at University about my BPR cases and experience, to master classes who were specialising in BPR.
As mentioned in my CV, I gained BPR skills in all my previous experiences, even within CompanyB where I analysed all the banking processes and reengineered them to a web way, thus improving the quality, reducing the cost and achieving the result without the use of personnel.
In fact, even CompanyB has been a start up company I reengineered all the processes implemented in it.[not sure what you are saying], for example, request and delivery of cheque books.
Just one success has been the implementation introduced in the bank that was not reengineered from other existing processes. It was the introduction of an entire IT bank platform that gave to the bank the opportunity to sell bank services under different brands like Tesco, BMW, tour operators, etc.
Other BPR cases:
It provides the opportunity to calculate without the use of paper. I analysed and reengineered the entire personal loan process and I implemented the solution, adopting workstations
I found solutions for managing the entire process from customer request to contract underwriting,
Beside this complex and interesting activity, I managed the change inside the company, helping managers and staff to master the new process, showing and explaining all the positive aspects, solving all the issues raised by the Business Manager and improving the process speed and quality.
Also in this case, I managed the entire change helping people and staff to use the new system and to adopt the system in all their activities.
This system permits retailers and front-end offices to manage their own relationships without conflicts and misunderstanding. I reduced the volume of telephone calls by 75% of inbound and 90% of outbound phone calls. In this case the change management, completed with full success, was very difficult because even though apparently the solution seems an IT solution, it is a new process really! The solution improved the service and retailers' feedback has been definitely positive.
