    harm/damage/spoil

I am not the right person to teach you English. Actually, I fear that my clumsy English will cause harm to yours.

    what's the best option, please?

    "cause harm to yours"
    "harm yours"
    "damage yours"
    "spoil yours"

    thanks.

I don't think any of them work. ...will affect you...
Actually, I fear that my clumsy English will affect you.

I choose ‘harm” because of your “clumsy English”. Clumsy English may not be elegant and graceful but is not full of mistakes and incorrect setences so as to damage or spoil some one’s standard of English. At best it may not help in development of the language.
