Smile Catherine was all eager delight

They arrived at Bath. Catherine was all eager delight - her eyes were here, there, everywhere, as they approached its fine and striking environs, and afterwards drove through those streets which conducted them to the hotel. She was come to be happy, and she felt happy already.
Hello! I don't understand why there're two verbs in the parts I hightlight in blue. Could someone explain them? Thanks!

    1. Catherine was all eager delight.

    2. She was come to be happy.

    1. Catherine was all eager delight. "Delight" here is a verbal noun, used to express her state of mind.

    2. She was come to be happy. A not-uncommon structure in late 18th/early 19th century English. Today it would probably be written "She had come [to Bath] to be happy".
