Another year has come and gone. Yet, last year’s memorable beautiful picnic is still fresh in our memory like yesterday. This year again, we will have another annual picnic programme planned on 12.10.2008 (Sunday) at Ruppis Resort, Bangalore.

Please find details of the picnic programme in the attachment. We look forward to see you in person and make most of it.

In addendum to my below, we would like to repeat again that the members are requested to bring family members i.e. spouse, children and Parents. Each member is permitted to bring a maximum of three family members only (i.e. one employee + three family members).

Family denotes a group of people affiliated by consanguinity, affinity, or co-residence.

Members should please note that this trip is for family members but not to your friends. If any member wants to bring friends will be charged extra Rs. 500/ head.

I have made a few changes, but it still needs to get checked by some native speaker.
